The parties shall share equally the costs of mediation.

At the mutual agreement of both parties, a dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Utah County, Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Export Controls and Sanctions

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory that is subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations of the United States and shall not export, re-export, or transfer any technology, software, or technical data received from GTech Solutions LLC in violation of such laws.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
